i have a HP all-in-1 printer,copier,scanner its HP PSC 1510 and i cant install it i tried bunch of time but its not working everytime i get an error saying:
the instalation package coundt be opened contact the application vendor that this is a correct windows installer package
and all everythime its goes to
( current progress ) it always goes to like 190-195 Kbps
and its stops at 9% in overall progress and then it goes down to 75 kbps and the computer is shutting down itself i called hp and radioshakc ( where i got it ) and they said that everythign should be alright and that i might be needin some kind of updates but i cant find any updates that i need
what shouldi do now?? get a new printer ??? or try to fix this one?Why i cant install my HP printer ?? ( i need help fast !!!) ?
1. download Eusing Free Registry Cleaner from http://www.eusing.com/free_registry_clea鈥?/a>
2. reboot your computer into safe mode and run the registry cleaner
3. reboot windows and, start installing the driver again and try and leave it to complete downloading.Why i cant install my HP printer ?? ( i need help fast !!!) ?
hmm i don`t know but i would try removing any existing previous programs you were using before as well like the previous chap said mentioned and then try again
