Sounds like you printer driver is not installed right. But you can go and try just setting it to print view and that should be all that you need to do. Go to start then print and your print screen will come up select how many copies you want and then select print. You should be fine. When you run a Windows update and install the Windows Genuine Advantage it will kill your printer driver.





Go into the printer properties -%26gt; Advanced tab and switch your ';print processor'; to Winprint. This is a work around and not a repair.
