i bought a hp photosmart 2575 printer %26amp; scanner for my windows vista.the problem i have is that i cant download the software,i turned off all the firewalls ect ect.please help.I bought a hp scanner %26amp; printer but i cant download the software.i disabled the firewall ect ect help?
Most printers sold now are ';plug and play';.
Try plugging the scanner/printer in first thru both the source and the USB connection. If your computer recognizes it, there will be a notification in the system tray (lower right). After the PC recognizes the hardware you can then install the software (which may or not be required).I bought a hp scanner %26amp; printer but i cant download the software.i disabled the firewall ect ect help?
because hp is cheap and doesn't work with anything
Run the cd, that came with your printer..etc..good luck..
