i press scan, but the on/off button just flashes, how do i get it to scan?How do i scan pictures with a HP Deskjet f380 printer/scanner?
You need to use the software that came with the scanner or use Photoshop. Go in file menu and select acquire or scan.
To find out your operating system,
Go in Control panel, accessories/ Systemtools/system information
