I bought this printer about 6 months ago and it has been excellent until now. I switch it on and print something - no problem. If I try to print something else I get an error message ';incompatible cartridge';. which doesn't make sense if it previously printed O.K. Can't find an answer from HP does anyone know what I can do. Just a guess but I would say that the printer is not recognising the cartridge.
Take the cartridge/s out and give the contac face a wipe then try again.
If that doesn't work then refer to your warranty as it might be a faulty printer.
