Just log on to :
hp.com and scroll to your 3550 model.
To make sure, I just did it for you. When the home page comes up, type the product number in the SEARCH window. Then scroll to ';product information';.
It may seem difficult but just follow those instructions. Finally you will get to a page that asks wether you want information on ';maintenance or cleaning or other info';.
