I went through 3 of those printers in as many months. Had it REPLACED 3 times before I gave up and switched to a Lexmark.On my HP 4200 printer , Paper jammed Ihad to pull it out Now unit does not printonly copy?
Maybe backside a pice of paper still jamed.I had same experiece with this printer.Just open backside of the door.clear the papers.I think you clear the pices under the cadrejdge only.
