The cartridge came with the printer and it prints fine with the exception of the color...help pleaseI have a new hp photosmart 230 printer but it only prints blue/green. Is something wrong w/cartridge C6657A?
Yep, definitely it has a problem with your color cartridge, try cleaning the cartrige using the HP toolbox in Printing Preferences in the Printers and Faxes in the Control Panel. If cleaning does not work...replace the color cartridge with a new one.
