there might be a tiny bit of dirt on one of the sensors. try and open up your printer and just give it a little bit of a clean dry blow. even a hairdryer set at cool could do the job, but dont go overboard.Why does my HP Photosmart 7450 printer say Paper Jammed when there's no paper inside?
Keep looking. One of the sensors is jammed by paper or the mechanism is jammed. Call HP (and good luck with that...)
