What do you do with a malfunctioning HP printer?

I have an HP all-in-one 7310xi. It prints perfectly when I make copies. It prints perfectly from Word. However, when I print from a website, some of the letters come out cut-off or doubled.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice, but it is unchanged. Any suggestions as to what I might do to fix the problem? It is evidently not a problem with the printer itself, but rather with something about the internet/printer or computer/printer connection.

Thanks for your help. What do you do with a malfunctioning HP printer?
Check the settings in File, Page Setup in Internet explorer (or whichever browser you use) If in doubt then set them the same as your settings in word. What do you do with a malfunctioning HP printer?
There is nothing wrong with your printer you have to set the page preferences before you push print button on internet explorer go to file menu then choose page set up in the window opened (the last section of the window) in ORIENTATION choose LANDSCAPE instead of PORTRAIT that will solve the problem
Nothing wrong with your printer. Nothing wrong with your software too. The only problem is in the print menu. Go to print menu in file, print, and change the preferences to your requirement.
Toss it
