Hi,You are not giving the helpees any help. Is it plugged in to power? A strip ? Did you check all connections and plugs. OK It`s broken! Get a new one.My printer hp officejet4315 all-in-one does'nt work?

1. Check with USB Cable.


2. Check if the Default Printer is your Printer in Printers and Faxes in Control Panel.


3. Check the Documents in Que : Canceled all the Documents by Right clicking on the printer Icon with a Black Check mark (default Printer) and Click Cancel all Documents.


4. Refresh the Print Spooler, To go to Print Spooler Start%26gt;Run%26gt; and Type Services.msc search for Print Spooler, after finding Right click on it and Select Restart and after completing restart the computer..


5. The last step plug back the USB Cable uninstall the USB Composite Device by right click on MY Computer%26gt;Properties%26gt;Hardware%26gt;D... Manager%26gt;Universal Serial Bus Controller%26gt;USB Composite Device then Right click and select Install and Restart the Computer.
