hmm did u try setting your computer to print with THAT printer? because if its new it may be adjusted to the old one...also if u have a new printer maybe it needs a software installed? (cd that came with it) try those out.My printer( hp deskjet 3820) doesnt print at all, it has full ink, any help?

If you recently downloaded a security update for service pack 2 it is knocking drivers out on printers.
Your printer isn't working because you don't have the right software on your computer to support that printer.
Go to the main website in which the printer belongs to and download the software for it. I always have to do this when I replace an old printer.
