I received an A617 hp photosmart for Xmas and since I already have an hp photosmart 7960 I was wondering if the A617 produces better prints since it is a newer model and soley for photo's.Is the hp photosmart A617 a better printer then my hp photosmart 7960?
No, I dont think the quality difference will be visible to the naked eye. It should have similar photo quality since the 7960 is also a photo printer.
Since it is a newer model, there may be slight tweaks to the photo capability but overall the 7960 is a more versatile printer as it can print stuff besides 4x6 photos.
