Drivers for a Hp deskjet 610 printer,on a windows xp system won't load,why not?

Check if you need the 32 bit version or the 64 bit version according to your computers specifications. You'll find lots more help on the Hewlett Packard website. Not sure whether you have 32 bit or 64 bit? Open Control Panel then System and you should find the information there.
