I get the message scanner failure--turn off and on again. I can print from an article on my computer but I can't make a copy.I have a HP psc700 series printer. I can't scan as I get message turn off and turn on. scanner failure?
My HP psc 1350 did the same thing, and it was really frustrating! All I had to do was instead of using the scan button on the stupid contraption was go in through the My Computer section and choose scanner. A wizard will pop up and you'll have to save the document to your pictures, but at least you'll be able to print! It's not as super easy as the scan button but I hope it works!
