The printer is an HP Color LaserJet 2600n. The ink smudges all the way down the right side of each page printed. I've switched papers, I've ran the cleaning mode...nothing seems to help.Can anyone offer some tech support on an HP laserjet printer?
It may need a new drum, there's probably some toner ';cooked'; onto it - those printers get very hot inside. You should take it to a repair shop and get it fixed.Can anyone offer some tech support on an HP laserjet printer?
It sounds like you need to get the rollers aligned!
