Has anyone else had trouble with hp d4360 printer. Mine wont properly place image on the page?

If it's the right printer (looked up a picture and I think it is), my fiance and I had that. It came free with our computer and when we got it, we were so excited to have what we thought would be a great printer, however, we were able to use it for about a month and it wouldn't work any more after that. My fiance is a tech guy and he could not fix it. Good luck, maybe you can get it to work.

First, start storing your CD's in better places to keep track of them.


Second most all drivers for products are found online. If all else fails type in the name of your item and see what comes up.
Once you hook it up windows should detect it and ask for software, tell it to check for the drivers on the internet.


If that doesn't work go to the HP web site, they should help.

My HP psc 1350 did the same thing, and it was really frustrating! All I had to do was instead of using the scan button on the stupid contraption was go in through the My Computer section and choose scanner. A wizard will pop up and you'll have to save the document to your pictures, but at least you'll be able to print! It's not as super easy as the scan button but I hope it works!

If you want to refill them (which is usually much cheaper) I suggest you visit a professional refill shop, incase you stuff it up.





If you are just replacing the catridges, it should be fairly straightforward. Check your instruction manual.
